Shipping & Returns

TAT for orders is around 2-4 weeks (with most of our upcycled and sweatshirt rompers running 4.5- 5 weeks or for any personalized or specialty orders if noted in description), shipping is very altered due to covid and manufacturer shortages. If you have any questions or would like updates on your order please email or reach out via our instagram which is linked at the bottom! 

Returns are only offered if there is a manufacturer defect or an issue that was caused by the seller since we are such a small shop. Please attach photos of defects when reaching out, each order is hand inspected by me prior to shipping so as always my goal is absolutely 100% customer satisfaction and great quality and if something does not meet your expectations please let me know. Returns will only be offered within 24 hours of receiving item. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, as packaged quality with no smells or fluids. I am NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packages, or improper washing. 

If a return is offered for manufacturer defect it must be in the mail within 72 hours from our exchange date or it will no longer be valid for a return. If a package is shown as delivered and not where it is supposed to be please contact USPS, UPS, Fedex or whoever the package was sent from. After it is dropped off it is out of our hands and we are no longer responsible for damages or issues with shipping.
